According to reports from 'Fichajes', Spanish winger Carlos Alvarez, a Levante player and a product of Sevilla's academy, has become one of Bayer Leverkusen's top targets to strengthen its attack for the upcoming season.

In the 2024/2025 season, Alvarez excelled with Levante, scoring 7 goals and providing 11 assists, playing a crucial role in the team's promotion to La Liga, most notably with his goal in the 97th minute against Burgos. His impressive performance has attracted the attention of several European clubs, including Benfica, which tried to sign him last summer.
