Media figure Ahmed Shobeir confirmed that Yis Turup, the new coach of Al Ahly, has not decided the fate of those leaving the team yet.

Shobeir said during his program "Al Ahly's Guardian" broadcast on the club's channel: "We have a very big problem where some people say that Turup has decided the fate of the players leaving Al Ahly. How can that be when the man hasn't even stepped onto the pitch yet!".

He added: "There are many rumors that Turup said that Hussein El Shahat and Ahmed Abdelkader will not be with the team in the coming period, and Diang and others must be present."

He continued: "Come on, Turup hasn't even started training, and then you come and say Shobeir is lying? Well, bring it on, I say to them a million welcomes, because this is unacceptable and unreasonable."

He concluded: "The news must be correct and accurate, or at least we can say it's an assumption. Imagine the players hearing all the time that the new coach recommends excluding someone, and rationally, based on the vision, Hussein El Shahat must be with him because he scored a goal in the Zamalek match and caused the penalty that led to the winning goal."
