Abu Rida explained that Hossam and Ibrahim will continue their journey with the Egyptian national team after the Africa Cup of Nations, which means they will be present until the end of the 2026 World Cup.
The Egyptian national team will face the Djibouti national team next Wednesday in the ninth round of the World Cup qualifiers.
