Brazilian defender Yago, a player for his country's under-20 national team, expressed his deep disappointment following the defeat against Morocco with a score of (2-1) in the second round of the group stage at the Youth World Cup.

Yago said in statements reported by the official website of the Brazilian Football Confederation: "We were aware of the difficulty of the match, and we treated the first two matches as if they were finals, but we left the field with the bitterness of defeat."

The player spoke about his goal from a penalty kick, saying: "Falling behind by two goals made the task difficult, and we had to remain calm to reduce the deficit, but the goal was not enough to change the result."

Yago concluded his statements by emphasizing the Brazilian team's commitment to their hopes of qualification: "We will take some time to regain our focus, and as long as there is a chance, we will continue to fight until the end."
