Draxler: I Could Have Played for Arsenal and Liverpool
The German star Julian Draxler, player of Qatari club Al Ahli, spoke about the opportunities that arose during his football career, especially from the English Premier League.
Draxler said in statements to the German newspaper "Sport Bild": "There were many. When I was still very young at Schalke and extended my contract, I could have gone to Arsenal."
He continued: "Honestly, I would like to see what would have happened to me if I had learned from a coach like Arsene Wenger at an early age."
He added: "I also wondered what would have happened if I hadn't gone from Wolfsburg to Paris Saint-Germain, but instead to Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool. I had that opportunity too. However, I am happy with my decisions."
