The coach of Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya team, Rashid Jaber, held a press conference today in which he talked about his team's preparations for the match against Al-Karkh Club in the first round of the Iraqi Stars League for the 2025-2026 season, which will take place tomorrow at the Ahmed Radhi Stadium.

Jaber clarified that the preparations have been good, confirming that the team's camp in Egypt provided the players with the necessary stability before the start of the league.

He added: "The league is about collecting points and is very long, and it may bring many surprises for the teams."

The Omani coach continued: "We have distinguished names among the professionals and locals, which gives us the ability to compete well throughout the season."

Jaber further stated: "Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya is a big team and will be a tough competitor, so we must give our best to ensure a perfect start in the league."

He concluded by saying that the team is ready to face Al-Karkh with high spirits, and that the players are motivated to deliver a strong performance that befits the club's history and status in Iraqi football.
