Officially: Qatar Club Announces Signing of Kimpembe
Qatar Sports Club officially announced its signing of French defender Presnel Kimpembe, coming from Paris Saint-Germain, thus ending a career that spanned 20 years at the Parisian club.
Kimpembe joined the Paris Saint-Germain academy in 2005 and has been part of the first team since 2014, achieving 29 titles, most notably the UEFA Champions League in 2025 and the 2018 World Cup with the French national team, as well as captaining the team in 31 matches.
Despite a serious injury in 2023, he returned to participate this year and contributed to his team's historic quadruple victory.
The Parisian club thanked Kimpembe, confirming that he will remain a part of Paris Saint-Germain's history, wishing him success in his new journey with Qatar Club.
Qatar Club hopes that Kimpembe will be a strong addition to the team and contribute to strengthening the club's defense.
