Ferran Torres reveals what he misses most after moving to Paris

Ferran Torres, the Spanish forward for Paris Saint-Germain, has revealed what he misses most since leaving FC Barcelona and moving to the French capital during the summer transfer window, pointing out that his compatriot and former teammate Pedri is the only thing he was unable to bring with him.

Ferran Torres said during his appearance on the Spanish TV show "El Hormiguero": "I am adapting well because we football players rely a lot on what happens on the pitch. When your level is good, the problems off the pitch decrease. But this week has been very difficult because I am in the middle of the transfer, and I have to bring a lot of things from FC Barcelona. The only thing I couldn't bring is Pedri. I already miss him a lot."

Ferran Torres and Pedri share a strong bond, having played together at FC Barcelona from 2022 to 2026, as well as being teammates in the Spain national team. The players also won the UEFA Euro 2024 title before lifting the FIFA World Cup with Spain this summer, according to the report.

Paris Saint-Germain forward Ferran Torres spoke about the difficulty of moving to a new country and culture: "It's hard, not just for you, but also for those around you, because one day you're here, and the next day you're busy packing your bags." Torres confirmed that he has already started taking lessons to learn French, before jokingly responding in French when asked about the difficulty of learning it: "It's hard."

On the sporting level, Ferran Torres is enjoying a strong start with Paris Saint-Germain, having scored a goal during their 2-1 victory over Olympique Marseille in the French league classic, raising his tally to seven goals from seven shots on target since the beginning of his time with the Parisian team.
