Al-Shabab Denies Departure of Al-Shuwairkh and Hamdallah

Turki Al-Ghamdi, the official spokesperson and general supervisor of the media and communication department at Al-Shabab Club, clarified the reality regarding the departure of Moroccan player Abdulrazak Hamdallah and defender Muhammad Al-Shuwairkh, both of whom are part of the first team.

Hamdallah has been linked to a transfer to Al-Fateh Club during the ongoing summer transfer window, while Al-Shuwairkh is attracting interest from Al-Nassr Club for a potential contract before the end of the transfer period.

Al-Ghamdi wrote on his account on the social media platform 'X': "The club's management denies the validity of the news circulating about its intention to sell the contract of striker Abdulrazak Hamdallah or defender Muhammad Al-Shuwairkh, and emphasizes its commitment to the players due to their technical value, according to the vision of the coaching staff led by Mr. Al-Ghuwasil."

He added: "The management also clarifies that it is currently working on fulfilling the team's needs by strengthening its ranks with new elements before the closure of the summer registration period, ensuring its readiness for upcoming competitions."

He concluded: "The club's management calls on everyone to exercise accuracy and not to be swayed by such news, affirming that what is issued by the official channels and sources of the club is the only reliable reference regarding the club's news."
