Baghdad Municipality Club announced today the completion of a new deal to strengthen its attacking line by signing Moroccan forward Kamal Al-Qara from the Moroccan club Meknassi.

The club stated in an official announcement on its social media pages: "Officially, Baghdad Municipality Club has signed Moroccan forward Kamal Al-Qara coming from Meknassi club to enhance the front line in the new season," accompanied by a video featuring the welcome of players, the coach, and the club president to the new player.

Kamal Al-Qara is 30 years old and has previously represented several Moroccan clubs, most notably Olympique Safi, Chabab Soualem, and Chabab Mohammedia, before moving to Meknassi, where he excelled before deciding to take on a professional experience in the Iraqi league.

The player joined the team's training immediately upon his arrival at the Baghdad Municipality preparatory camp held in Turkey, where he will undergo tactical training under the supervision of the coaching staff in preparation for the new season.

Al-Qara is expected to be a valuable addition to the team, especially in enhancing the attacking line and contributing to the team's goals in the Iraqi Stars League and upcoming friendly matches.
