Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes appeared in press statements after the 1-1 draw against Fulham in the second round of the Premier League.

Fernandes stated in his remarks to BBC MOTD: "We cannot be satisfied with just one point. We came here to win. We defended well, but they scored from one of their chances. For us, it is extremely frustrating not to win the match today."

Regarding his missed penalty, he explained: "Every player has their own way of taking it. I missed the penalty because I struck the ball very poorly."

The captain of the Red Devils added: "We are very frustrated. We were in the game and should have controlled it better after we scored the goal, making them run more. We were doing well in controlling the movements of their midfield players inside the penalty area."

He also talked about the new signings, saying: "They are great players for us and have huge potential. We will see more from them in the upcoming period, and we are very happy to have them in the team."
