Fatih Terim Candidate to Lead Uzbekistan in the World Cup

The Uzbekistan Football Association is seeking to contract with the legendary 72-year-old Turkish coach Fatih Terim.

Uzbekistan is looking to hire a coach with a rich international record to lead the national team in the World Cup after qualifying for the first time, according to the Uzbek news agency.

This comes days after reports indicated that the famous German coach Joachim Löw rejected an offer to coach the team nicknamed the White Wolves.

Terim's last experience was with Al Shabab in Saudi Arabia, and he has previously had significant experiences, especially with his national team and AC Milan.
