Reports indicate that Inter Milan is ready to make an official offer ranging between 30 and 40 million euros to sign Roma midfielder Manu Kone, as the Italian capital club insists on its financial demands of 50 million euros.

According to various sources, communications between the two parties have already begun, and representatives of the player have been contacted. Reports vary regarding the value of the offer, with 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' mentioning 30 million euros, while 'Calcio Mercato' pointed to 42 million euros with bonuses, and 'Sky Sport Italia' reported that the offer amounts to 40 million euros plus bonuses.

Inter Milan is considering redirecting the funds allocated for the Ademola Lookman deal towards strengthening the midfield by signing Kone, while adjusting its tactical plans to assign offensive roles to other players.

On the other hand, Roma is looking to sell Kone to finance its activities in the transfer market, as it plans to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United for 23 million euros, in addition to Leon Bailey from Aston Villa on loan with an option to buy.

Kone joined Roma from Borussia Monchengladbach in the summer of 2024 for 18 million euros plus 2 million in bonuses, meaning that selling him now would yield a significant profit for the Italian club.
