French coach Laurent Blanc, the head coach of Al-Ittihad Saudi Club, has made his decision regarding the continuation of player Awad Al-Nashri within the team for the upcoming football season.

According to what was reported by the Saudi newspaper 'Al-Riyadiyah', Blanc insisted on keeping Al-Nashri with the club, despite the player previously receiving a notification regarding the possibility of considering offers made to him.

Al-Nashri continues to be bound by an official contract with Al-Ittihad that extends until June 2026, which strengthens his position on the team's roster for the upcoming phase.

Awad Al-Nashri has played 56 matches in the club's jersey since joining, including only 9 matches during the last season, which gives him a greater opportunity to prove himself this year.

Al-Ittihad is preparing for a tough match against Al-Nasr in the semi-finals of the Saudi Super Cup, scheduled to take place on August 19 in Hong Kong.
