At the Request of Rashid Jaber.. Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya Signs Nigerian Defender
The Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya club officially announced its contract with Nigerian defender Daniel Jibola, coming from the ranks of Al-Qadsiah Club in Kuwait, in a deal that was made at the direct request of the team's new coach, Omani Rashid Jaber.
Daniel Jibola is considered one of the well-known names in the Gulf arenas, having undergone several professional experiences in recent years, most notably representing Al-Sib Club in Oman, which is considered one of the strongest clubs in the Sultanate of Oman. He also played for Al-Sahil Club in Saudi Arabia before his recent transfer to Al-Qadsiah Club, which is active in the Kuwaiti First Division.
This deal was not random or based on traditional recommendations, but rather came as a clear desire from coach Rashid Jaber, who knows the player well since he supervised his training at Al-Sib Club in Oman, where Jibola presented strong performances in the local league as well as in external participations, making him a trusted player for the coach in more than one experience.
Rashid Jaber, who recently took over the task of leading the Falcons, began to stir the stagnant waters in the transfer market to reinforce the team, and found in Jibola the right element to lead the backline, especially since the team has lost some of its defensive elements recently and needs a foreign name that possesses strength, speed, and tactical discipline.
The Nigerian defender is distinguished by his strong physical build, good reading of matches, along with his experience in the Gulf atmospheres, which are very similar to the environment of the Iraqi league in terms of physical strength and confrontations. The coaching staff relies on Jibola to lead the defense and quickly integrate with the other team elements, especially with the great ambitions that the Falcons hold this season.
