Serbian striker Luka Jovic has officially joined Greek club AEK Athens, as announced by the club today, Tuesday.

AEK Athens stated that they have signed the player on a free transfer after he departed from Milan this summer, and he has signed a contract that extends for two years.

Jovic (26 years old) was also close to signing with Spanish club Real Oviedo earlier in the summer transfer window, but negotiations were unsuccessful, opening the door for a Greek league option.

Jovic, who previously played with Real Madrid, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Fiorentina, is looking for a new station to rediscover his level, after fluctuating seasons in terms of participation and scoring, unlike his start with Frankfurt.
