Al Ahli Saudi Club continues to work hard during the current summer transfer window to strengthen its squad with new players that align with its sports project, especially after winning the AFC Champions League.

According to British journalist Ben Jacobs, the management of Al Ahli is paying special attention to reinforcing the team's midfield and has internally discussed the possibility of signing several prominent names.

Among them are Malian Yves Bissouma from Tottenham, Moroccan Bilel Khennous from Leicester City, and Nigerian Wilfred Ndidi from Leicester City.

Jacobs also mentioned that Al Ahli previously inquired about the situation of Morgan Gibbs-White, the Nottingham Forest midfielder, before the summer transfer market opened.

In a related context, Bilel Khennous is receiving increasing interest from European clubs, as English reports indicated that Everton and Leeds United are also seeking to sign the young Moroccan player.

Khennous delivered an impressive performance last season, despite his club Leicester City's relegation to the Championship.
