Reports have revealed that English club Nottingham Forest is looking to sign Spanish winger Adama Traore during the ongoing summer transfer window, at the direct request of the team's coach Nuno Santo.

According to Sky Sports, Traore is on Nottingham Forest's list of targets to replace Swedish winger Anthony Elanga, who recently transferred to Newcastle United.

The network pointed out that the 29-year-old player is also attracting interest from several clubs in La Liga, especially since he is entering the final year of his contract with Fulham during the 2025/2026 season.

Nuno Santo is one of the coaches most familiar with Traore's abilities, as they worked together at Wolverhampton, where the Spanish winger played 131 matches under his management, scoring 10 goals and providing 18 assists.
