Global media reports revealed today, Friday, that Fulham is interested in signing English winger Raheem Sterling, a Chelsea player, during the current summer transfer window, as he has fallen out of favor with coach Enzo Maresca.

According to Sky Sports, Fulham has prioritized Sterling to strengthen their attacking line, with the London club welcoming the sale of the player this summer, especially given his high weekly salary of £350,000.

Sterling, who is 30 years old, joined Chelsea in the summer of 2022 from Manchester City, but he did not meet expectations, leading to him being loaned out to Arsenal last season.

Sterling's contract with Chelsea runs until the summer of 2027, and he has also been linked with several major European clubs, such as Napoli, Juventus, and Bayer Leverkusen, although none have made a formal offer yet.

Since joining the Blues, Sterling has played 81 matches in all competitions, scoring 19 goals and providing 15 assists.
