Munir El Haddadi Approaches Return to Spanish League
Tuesday 22-07-2025
The Moroccan international Munir El Haddadi is nearing a new experience in the Spanish league "La Liga," after becoming a free agent following the termination of his contract with Leganés during the current summer transfer window.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Estadio Deportivo," Deportivo Alavés made an initial offer to sign El Haddadi two weeks ago, but negotiations stalled due to financial disagreements between the parties.

Despite the failure of the initial offer, Alavés officials remain interested in the Moroccan player's services and are considering making a new official offer in the coming days, in an attempt to bring him back to the team, especially after his successful stint with the club in the 2017-2018 season, where he scored 14 goals and assisted 7, marking one of his best professional seasons.

Munir El Haddadi, who is 29 years old, is looking for a new opportunity to return to the spotlight, following varied experiences in La Liga with prominent clubs such as Barcelona and Sevilla, in addition to representing the Moroccan national team on several international occasions.

Several Spanish clubs are seeking to benefit from his attacking experience, while awaiting the outcome of his upcoming negotiations with Alavés management.
