The Italian newspaper 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' revealed Atalanta's position on selling their striker Ademola Lookman, who Inter Milan is looking to sign during the current summer transfer window.

According to the report, Atalanta insists on receiving 50 million euros to part with Lookman, while Inter is only offering 40 million euros, which has caused negotiations between the two parties to stall so far, despite Inter's prior agreement with the player on the personal terms of his contract.

The newspaper noted that Atalanta prefers to sell Lookman to a club outside of Italy, despite the player's clear desire to move to Inter Milan to strengthen the Nerazzurri's squad.

It is worth mentioning that the 27-year-old Lookman joined Atalanta in the summer of 2022 from RB Leipzig and has delivered impressive performances with the team, scoring 52 goals in 118 matches across all competitions.
