Real Madrid continues its steps to finalize several important matters during the summer transfer window, as the club is close to announcing the renewal of the contract for its Spanish winger, Brahim Diaz, and the young defender Raul Asensio.

The reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano mentioned that Brahim Diaz is on the verge of signing a new contract with Real Madrid, after proving his worth in the past period and participating in several matches with coach Carlo Ancelotti. He also participated in the FIFA Club World Cup under the leadership of Xabi Alonso, making him a candidate for a bigger role next season.

At the same time, the club is preparing to renew the contract of Raul Asensio, the promising center-back, with a long-term contract until June 2031, as part of the club's management plan to secure the future of the defense line.

This comes alongside Real Madrid completing the procedures to extend the contract of Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois until June 2027, in a move to enhance stability in the goalkeeper position.
