Inter Director: Thuram Not for Sale, We Made an Offer for Lookman
Pierro Ausilio, the director of Italian club Inter Milan, confirmed that French striker Marcus Thuram is not for sale this summer, indicating that the club is working to acquire Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman.
Ausilio stated in comments relayed by Fabrizio Romano, "We have made an offer for Ademola Lookman, we like him, we have a good relationship with Atalanta but we will not enter into long negotiations, we have our own project."
He added, "Marcus Thuram is not for sale this summer. There is absolutely no hope for that."
Regarding the future of goalkeeper Jan Sommer, he concluded, "Jan Sommer was not close to Galatasaray. Nothing concrete has happened, he is our goalkeeper, and I expect him to stay."
