Pierro Ausilio, the director of Inter Milan, revealed the details behind the failed transfer of Turkish star Hakan Çalhanoğlu during the current summer transfer window.
The Italian club's director confirmed that the club's management entered into talks with Turkish Galatasaray regarding the possibility of transferring star Hakan Çalhanoğlu, but negotiations quickly stalled.
Ausilio stated in comments reported by Fabrizio Romano: "We spoke to Galatasaray about Hakan and immediately realized that it was impossible to reach an agreement."
He concluded: "They tried, but that's all. We have no problem with Hakan whatsoever."
