French media reports have revealed that English club Chelsea is blocking the completion of Jila Doi's transfer, a player from Strasbourg, to Italian side Milan during the current summer transfer window.

According to the "Foot Mercato" network, Jila Doi, the brother of Desiree Doi, a star at Paris Saint-Germain, has expressed his desire to join Milan under the management of Allegri, amid significant interest from the Italian club to strengthen their right defensive flank after finishing last season in eighth place in the league.

Despite the 22-year-old player's openness to leaving, Chelsea's owner, who also owns Strasbourg, insists on transferring Doi to London instead of allowing him to move to the Italian league, with the Blues management closely monitoring the developments of the negotiations.

Milan continues to seek strong defensive signings this summer, placing Doi among their priorities to bolster their squad ahead of the new season.
