New blow for AC Milan as Pavlović misses Genoa clash

AC Milan have suffered another blow ahead of their upcoming clash with Genoa, as Serbian defender Strahinja Pavlović has been confirmed to miss the matchday squad due to ongoing health issues over the past few days.

According to reports from Italy, Strahinja Pavlović is suffering from severe cramps, which prevented him from participating in AC Milan's recent match against Ferencváros in the UEFA Europa League, before it was confirmed that he is not fit to face Genoa.

The absence of Serbian defender Strahinja Pavlović poses a new headache for coach Ruben Amorim, especially as Pavlović has been a key figure in AC Milan's lineup, having participated in all of the team's league matches this season without missing a minute.

Amorim is expected to make adjustments to his defensive line against Genoa due to the team's absences, with reports suggesting that Diawara may move to the centre-back position, while there is a choice between Bartisaghi and Estupiñán to fill the left-back role.
