Media figure Medhat Shalaby criticized Zamalek's actions regarding Seif El-Geziri, the white team's player.

Zamalek's management wishes to loan the player so they can benefit from his position in the team's foreign player list.

Shalaby stated in remarks on "MBC Masr" that the player has not received any offers from any club during the summer transfer window, and El-Geziri refuses to leave on loan.

He pointed out: "El-Geziri told the management that he renewed for Zamalek before when he had big offers, but he preferred to stay."

He added: "Zamalek mishandled the situation with El-Geziri, and it should have renewed his contract year by year to avoid the current situation, and the player refusing to go on loan is delaying Zamalek's contract with a foreign player."
