He said in his remarks: "What happened today reflects the general pace of the tournament; teams enter matches in the first half in good physical condition and show no signs of fatigue. But in the second half, we benefit from our significant physical superiority, and this plays in our favor."

Regarding the high pressing, he explained: "This style suits my way of playing. The coach wants us to recover the ball in advanced areas, which gives us greater opportunities to exploit it and create goal-scoring chances. This is good for our attackers. Arnold and I need to provide support and help in advancing and linking the lines."

On his young teammate Gonzalo Garcia, he added: "I have experienced similar circumstances before, as Asensio has, so I tell him to always be ready. This recognition he has received is well-deserved, and he must continue to work. I send the same message to all the young players here and in Madrid who haven't had opportunities yet; everyone is important, and I hope we can rely on them a lot this season."
