Sources have revealed that Al-Ittihad Club's preparatory training camp for the new season will kick off in mid-July, starting directly from the city of Girona in Spain, bypassing the idea of an internal gathering in Jeddah this year.

The players of the club will undergo the usual medical examinations upon their arrival in Spain, while foreign players will join the squad directly at the beginning of the camp without any delays or transitional stops.

The technical staff has allocated the first phase of the Girona camp to enhance the players' physical capabilities, which will last for ten days, aiming to prepare the players physically before the preparatory matches.

After the physical training period, the team will move to Portugal where they will play three friendly matches, aimed at applying tactical aspects and building harmony between the three lines of the team.

Al-Ittihad will conclude its preparations in China, the final stop in the preparation program, by playing two friendly matches, in order to acclimatize to the atmosphere of East Asia before heading to Hong Kong, where they will participate in the anticipated Saudi Super Cup.
