Poland Coach Resigns from Position
Michał Probierz, the head coach of the Polish national team, officially announced his resignation from his position this Thursday morning, following his recent crisis with team captain Robert Lewandowski, the Barcelona striker.

In a statement released by the Polish Football Association, Probierz said: "I have come to the conclusion that the best decision for the Polish national team in the current situation is my resignation from my position. Taking on this role was a realization of a professional dream and the greatest honor of my life."
He added: "I thank all my colleagues, the staff at the Polish Football Association, my trust in you has always been great, and I thank the president and the board of the association, of course, the players whom I was honored to meet during this journey."
The Polish coach concluded his statement by saying: "I wish you all the best of luck, the national team is our shared asset, and I thank our wonderful fans who have always been supportive, in good times and bad, wherever the team played."
