Wednesday 28-05-2025
Press sources revealed that Tunisian player Mohamed El-Daoui "Cristo", who is on loan at Tunisian club Sfaxien, has put the management of Al Ahly in a dilemma after his return this summer.

According to the press sources, Cristo, after the end of his loan to Sfaxien, refuses to engage in any swap deal or go out on loan again.

The sources indicated that Cristo will return to Cairo in the coming days and will request to terminate his contract or leave for free due to the difficulty of registering him for the new season.

The sources mentioned that Al Ahly offered Cristo to Zed FC's management as part of the transfer deal for defender Mustafa El-Ash to join the red team.

The sources confirmed that Al Ahly's management is now in a dilemma due to the high cost incurred in acquiring Cristo from Esperance Sportive de Tunis, amounting to approximately one million dollars.
