Inzaghi: I have received many offers, but I am focused on the Champions League final

Simone Inzaghi, the head coach of Inter Milan, revealed that he has received offers from clubs in Italy, abroad, and Saudi Arabia, emphasizing that he will sit down with the Nerazzurri management to discuss his future after the upcoming Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain.

Inzaghi made his statements during the media day organized by the club on Monday, ahead of the anticipated match on Saturday evening in Munich, where Inter is looking to win the Champions League title.

Inzaghi addressed the rumors circulating recently regarding his future, especially in light of reports linking him to Saudi clubs, saying: "This happens every year; there are requests from Italy, from abroad, and from Saudi Arabia, but it would be crazy to think about that now."

He added: "My relationship with the management and ownership is excellent; after the match, we will sit down and talk for the benefit of Inter. If all conditions are met, we will continue together in harmony, just as we have done in the past years."

He confirmed: "Talking about these matters now is illogical because we know exactly what awaits us on Saturday."

The Inter coach emphasized the importance of focusing on the upcoming match and not being distracted by anything else, adding: "Talking about my future at this time is not on my mind because all my thoughts are now focused on the final."

Inzaghi sent a strong message to his opponent Paris Saint-Germain before the anticipated final, stating that the French team should show the same level of respect that major clubs have shown when facing Inter this season.

Inzaghi said: "Paris Saint-Germain should be cautious, just as teams like Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, and Arsenal were. We know what we are facing, and we know well that achieving the dream requires one final step."

Regarding the team's journey this season, Inzaghi added: "We finished a season full of memories; however, there is certainly disappointment, but we congratulate Napoli, who competed until the last moment."

Inzaghi confirmed that all key players will be ready to participate in the final, saying: "Both Pavard and Zielinski are ready, as are Lautaro Martinez and Frattesi; they were prepared for the Como match if we needed them. As a coach, I am proud of this group."

He continued: "We will face a strong opponent, just as we have faced over the past four years in the Champions League; there will be difficult moments where we need to rely on organization and harmony."

He pointed out that Paris Saint-Germain, like Inter, has recently experienced the disappointment of a previous final, confirming that both sides have experience in playing finals in a short period.

Regarding the importance of the match, Inzaghi said: "We respect Paris Saint-Germain very much; they have a distinguished and talented coach and players, but we have the same ambition. We know well that making history requires winning on Saturday."

He added: "In this season's Champions League, we played with a collective spirit, organization, and cohesion. We faced teams like Arsenal and Manchester City and came out unbeaten. Paris Saint-Germain is a complete team, but they also need to be cautious of Inter."

Inzaghi concluded his statements by highlighting the overall performance of the team this season, saying: "We have played 59 matches this season and did not favor one competition over another. We gave everything we had and did not look for excuses despite injuries and difficult circumstances. We made our mark in all competitions, and we hope to conclude this great effort with a title in Munich."
