The Italian club's president stated in press remarks, "We want Kevin De Bruyne, we want to sign him."
He added to 'Il Mattino': "We need his approval to finalize the deal."
Napoli, the Italian champions, has offered De Bruyne a 3-year contract with a salary of 6 million euros for the first two seasons and 5 million euros in the third season, along with a signing bonus.
