Abdel Moneim Amara surprised with a statement regarding the interest of a Saudi investment company in investing in Ismaily next season.
Amara said in radio statements: "I received calls from a Saudi company wanting to invest in Ismaily, and we are in the final stages of negotiation."
He added: "The company has deposited funds into an account in one of the Egyptian banks, and they want to start the investment, and the Minister of Sports encourages investment, and we are making good progress in this regard."
Ismaily currently occupies the last place in the Egyptian Premier League table with a total of 19 points.
