Inter Milan's head coach, Simone Inzaghi, expressed his great satisfaction with his team's performance after the important away victory against Torino with a score of 2-0, in the 36th round of the Italian league, confirming that the team continues to pressure Napoli led by Antonio Conte in the title race.

Inzaghi said: "We knew we had to deliver a very strong match against Torino, we wanted to pressure Napoli, and today we needed a solid Inter, and that’s what we saw on the field."

He added: "The battle is no longer directly in our hands, but we are trying to deliver serious matches and collect as many points as possible until the end."

He continued: "Zalewski is performing wonderfully, and he played in his natural position today, despite the absence of influential players like Barella and Çalhanoğlu, the team presented an excellent performance, and Zalewski was one of its standout elements."

He added: "I am happy with the performance of all the players, they have gone through a tiring series of matches, and now we will give them some rest, as for the injured, we will assess their condition before the last match against Como, which will be crucial."

Inzaghi also praised the team's goalkeeper, Josep Martínez, saying: "Martínez is a goalkeeper we wanted strongly because he has great potential, every time he participated, he proved to be reliable and ready, at this critical time of the season, it’s great to have two goalkeepers at this level."

In closing his statements, Inzaghi referred to the historic victory over Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals, saying: "I watched the match again as soon as I got home, we were excellent collectively, and that’s what the team needs to reach the final stages, we know that our budget is not like the big clubs, but we want to be the best in organization, heart, and determination."
