Al-Karkh coach Ahmed Abdul Jabbar expressed his confidence in his team's readiness before the anticipated match against Al-Student in the 31st round of the Iraqi Stars League, emphasizing that Al-Karkh enters the match with a clear ambition to present a strong performance and achieve a positive result despite the difficulty of the confrontation.

He said: "We respect Al-Student as a big team with a large fan base and distinguished players, but we have a young group that has proven its presence this season, and we believe in our ability to match any opponent."

He continued: "Preparations have gone positively, and we have worked on addressing some mistakes that appeared in previous matches, and the focus now is on exploiting opportunities and reducing defensive errors."

He added: "Al-Student is going through a good period and has a strong motivation to win, but we will not be an easy opponent, and we will play in our usual manner based on discipline and quick transitions."
