Ancelotti: We have the quality to come back against Arsenal, and this is the case with Ceballos

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti appeared at a press conference to discuss tomorrow's match against Alaves in the 31st round of La Liga.

Regarding the team's mental state: "When you lose a match, it can be tough. You have to think about compensating for your loss and focus on the next step. That's football. You also have the opportunity to put on a good match and regain some positive feelings. The team has trained well, and the players are focused on winning the match."

He followed up: "Does the club still trust you? I don't want to talk about my future; I have a contract with the club, but whatever happens, we will discuss it at the end of the season. The club always supports me, especially in difficult times."

On the competitors running more than Real Madrid in the Champions League: "The numbers are clear; we have run less than our opponents. But in that sense, it hasn't affected us. It is possible to cover more distance, but it is not just about that; last season, we won some matches even though we covered fewer kilometers than our opponents. It is about the team and many factors."

About the Wednesday match against Arsenal: "We will try, we will try. In fact, Real Madrid is the only team that has done that many times (coming back from a deficit). We will try until the last moment and the last ball, starting tomorrow. I believe we have the quality needed to come back."

Regarding Vinicius's decline in performance: "In recent weeks, there has been a general decline, not just among individuals. We have conceded many goals in recent matches, and we need to stop that, especially when the attackers lack the effectiveness that was their strength."
