Mohamed Samir, the captain of Zed Club, commented on the news of Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the star of Zamalek, moving to Al Ahly.

Samir said on Facebook: "Zizo's relationship with Zamalek is like that of a husband and wife; it’s a relationship filled with love, respect, mutual feelings, and dreams, built over years of trust. Suddenly, you wake up to find out that he’s talking to your friend."

He continued: "I mean to say 'your friend' and not a stranger because the pain from your friend will be much harder than the pain from a stranger. Just like the feeling of Zamalek fans now, if Zizo goes anywhere other than Al Ahly, they will be upset, but if he goes to Al Ahly, that’s a huge blow."

He added: "No one should be upset by any reaction from Zamalek fans; they have the right to feel this way, and it’s natural for them to feel this pain without any insults or attacks on their dignity. Zamalek will always be a great club and is surely capable of overcoming this phase."

He concluded his statements: "Congratulations to Zizo; Al Ahly is undoubtedly a significant addition, and the benefits are numerous, not just in terms of performance.
