Postecoglou: Manchester City's dominance won't last forever
Tuesday 25-02-2025
Ange Postecoglou, the head coach of Tottenham Hotspur, appeared at a press conference to discuss the anticipated match against Manchester City, scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, as part of the 27th round of the Premier League.

Regarding Manchester City's decline in form this season, Postecoglou said: "It's not surprising to me, they have set incredible standards since Pep Guardiola's arrival, winning four consecutive league titles and achieving amazing numbers in points and goals, so it's natural for them to go through a dip in form."

He added: "This is part of elite sports, nothing lasts forever, but if they win the league next season, it will be their fifth title in six years, proving that they are still at the top."

On the match against Manchester City, he said: "It will be a huge challenge, they are a team capable of dominating for long periods during the match, we need to have quality in front of goal as we did in the first leg when we won 4-0."

He concluded his statements by saying: "I love facing Pep Guardiola's teams, and I look forward to this encounter with passion."
