Al -Zawra triumphed over Maysan oil with difficulty

Al -Zawra achieved an important and difficult victory at the expense of its guest, Maysan Oil team, with a goal for nothing in the 17th round of the Iraqi Stars League competitions, in the match that took place this evening at Al -Zawra Stadium.

Despite the strong defensive challenges and solidity of the Maysan Oil Club, Al -Zawraa managed to seize the three points that kept him at the top of the Iraqi Stars League standings.

While Al -Zawraa's only goal in the match came with a penalty kick after the Missan Oil goalkeeper, Hassan Najm, obstructed defender Anwar Tarkat, to calculate a penalty for Nawras in the 82nd minute, through which Hassan Abdel Karim managed to score.

Al -Zawra kept the top of the Iraqi league standings with 35 points, while the Maysan oil team finished the eleventh place with 28 points.
