Brazilian Neymar da Silva, Al Hilal club player, revealed his position on participating with his country in the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Neymar said In statements published by French Radio Monte Carlo: “The World Cup is the goal of all players, and I participated three times previously, and it is clear that I want to participate for the fourth time.”
He added: “ “I am focusing on participating for the fourth time with Brazil in the 2026 World Cup and preparing well here in order to have a medium-term goal after being in a good position here at the club.”
Neymar's last participation with the Brazilian national team was in the Qatar 2022 World Cup, losing on penalties against Croatia in the quarter-finals.
