Victory Player: The cooperation confrontation was very complicated
Al-Nasr player Mohamed Simakan confirmed that the match between Al-Taawoun yesterday, Tuesday, in the King's Cup, was very complicated.
Al-Taawoun succeeded in defeating Al-Nasr with a score of 1-0 in the round of 16 of the King's Cup, leaving Al-Alamy out of the tournament.
Simakan said via the SSC network Saudi Arabia: “The Al-Taawoun match was not easy. It was complicated without a doubt. We tried to constantly threaten the opponent’s goal, but we failed to score.”
He added:" Sometimes you try to score and create chances, but the match does not go the way you want. On the other hand, the opponent scores with just one attack...and that is football."
Semakan continued: “We must continue to work and improve ourselves during all matches, and we apologize to the fans for leaving the cup, and we will strive to compensate.”
He concluded his speech: “Our goal is to achieve victory in the next match against Al Hilal, and we must continue to provide good levels and make the fans happy.”
Al-Nasr team will face its counterpart Al-Hilal team next Friday within the framework of the ninth round of the Saudi Professional League.
