Mancini: The decision to continue coaching the Saudi national team is not up to me
Italian Roberto Mancini, coach of the Saudi national team, commented on the rumors of his dismissal from coaching the Falcons, after the goalless draw with Bahrain yesterday in the fourth round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
He added: “It is an order It is not up to me to continue training the Saudi national team.”
The Italian took over as coach of Saudi Arabia in August 2023, with a contract until June 30, 2027, with a salary estimated at 18 to 25 million euros annually, according to Reports.
