Mancini determines Saudi Arabia's line of attack against Japan
Press reports revealed that the Italian Roberto Mancini, the coach of the Saudi national team, preferred between the duo Abdullah Redeef and Saleh Al-Shehri, to lead the national team’s attack, against Japan, in the match scheduled for nine o’clock in the evening today, Thursday.
The Saudi national team is preparing to face its Japanese counterpart, in the match that will be held at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the third round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The final training exercises for the Saudi national team witnessed the Italian coach relying on Saleh Al-Shehri in the attacking line alongside the duo Salem Al-Dosari and Ayman Yahya.
While Abdullah participated Redeef participated in a small part of the training maneuver, in which he also relied on Ahmed Al-Kassar as goalkeeper.
Mancini will decide the final Saudi national team lineup during the technical lecture at the Green Camp headquarters before heading to the match stadium.
