Details of Zamalek’s contract with Palestinian Omar Farag

Zamalek Club announced, yesterday evening, Thursday, that it had signed a contract with Palestinian international Omar Farag, coming from AEK Al-Suwaidi, during the current summer transfer period.

According to press reports, the African Confederation champion has settled a contract deal with Omar Farag for one million dollars from his Swedish club, which will be paid in 3 installments and the first installment will be paid after 6 months.

Reports indicated that Palestinian international Omar Faraj will sign a contract with Zamalek Club for the next 4 years.

Omar Farag will arrive in Cairo next week, in order to join the ranks of Zamalek, after finishing participating with his country’s national team in the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

Palestinian Omar Farag is considered Zamalek’s second summer signing, after contracting with Moroccan Mahmoud Bentaek, coming from French Saint-Etienne for a season on loan for free with the right to purchase.
