Journalist reveals Zamalek meeting results

Khaled El Ghandour has revealed the conclusion of a meeting of Zamalek SC's board of directors, during which several decisions were made regarding the football company file and the position of the club's sporting director.

Zamalek SC's board has agreed to offer 51% of the club's football company shares to investors while retaining a 49% stake. This decision will be presented for approval at the upcoming ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for December, as confirmed by Khaled El Ghandour.

In another context, Khaled El Ghandour has pointed out the postponement of the decision to appoint Hossam El Zanaty as the sporting director of Zamalek SC again, without revealing details regarding the reasons for the delay or the specific date to finalize the matter.

Zamalek SC's board aims to intensify its efforts in the coming period to resolve outstanding administrative and investment issues, with the goal of organizing work mechanisms and improving performance within the club and the football company.
