Paris Saint-Germain thrash Villarreal in UEFA Champions League

Paris Saint-Germain secured a resounding 6-0 victory against Villarreal on Tuesday evening at La Cerámica, in the fourth round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.

Paris Saint-Germain took early control of the match, with João Neves opening the scoring in the 9th minute, before Désiré Doué added the second goal in the 12th minute, and Senny Mayulu scored the third goal in the 13th minute.

Paris Saint-Germain continued their strong attacking start, with Fabián Ruiz scoring the fourth goal in the 17th minute, ending the first half with a four-goal lead.

In the second half, Fabián Ruiz returned to confirm his team's dominance, scoring the fifth goal and his second of the match in the 50th minute, while the sixth goal came from David Poli in the 78th minute.

With this victory, Paris Saint-Germain have raised their tally to 12 points at the top of the table, while Villarreal remain stuck on 3 points in 29th place.
