West Ham decide to sack Nuno Santo as head coach
West Ham have decided to part ways with Portuguese manager Nuno Santo after his dismissal, according to a report from Sky Sports.
The decision marks the end of the Portuguese coach's tenure with the London team, as the club's management seeks to make changes to the coaching staff in the upcoming phase.
The sacking came after a difficult start for West Ham in the Championship, where the team dropped to eighth place following consecutive defeats to Southampton and West Bromwich, distancing themselves from the automatic promotion spots to the Premier League.
Mark Noble, Steve Pots, and Gerard Brinderville are set to take temporary charge of the team until a new manager is appointed. Meanwhile, assistant coach Rui Pedro Silva and goalkeeping coach Rui Barbosa have also departed.
