Raja Club heads to Rabat led by Al-Jinani and seeks to end ties with Matias
Raja Club's squad is heading to Rabat this evening to continue their preparations for the match against AS FAR Rabat, scheduled for next Wednesday, as part of the postponed first round of the professional league, immediately after facing RS Berkane, without returning to Casablanca.
According to reports, Abdul Knight will take charge of the team in the upcoming match after Raja Club announced the end of its association with Spanish coach Paco Jémez.
Adam Ennaffati and Aymen Barkok are set to join group training today, Monday, after missing the last match. The absence of the former was due to a decision by the previous coach, while the latter was sidelined due to injury.
The team is expected to welcome back Adel Bettaieb after his recovery from injury, providing the coaching staff with additional options ahead of the match against AS FAR Rabat.
On the administrative front, Raja Club officials are holding a new meeting today, Monday, with sporting director Rogério Matias to discuss ways to end the contractual relationship between the two parties and agree on the appropriate terms for the separation, as part of the changes the club is undergoing following the departure of Jiménez.
