Al Nassr thrashed their hosts Pakhtakor 6-2 in the match that took place on Monday evening at the Pakhtakor Central Stadium in Tashkent, as part of the fourth round of the league stage of the AFC Champions League Elite.

Abdullah Al-Hamdan opened the scoring for Al-Nassr in the 15th minute, after receiving a fine pass from João Félix, before the Portuguese star doubled the lead two minutes later, capitalising on a defensive error from the Uzbek team.

João Félix scored again in the 32nd minute, converting a cross from Sadio Mané into the third goal. Flamarion Villeho reduced the deficit for Pakhtakor in the 36th minute.

A goal by Akmal Mozgovoiy was disallowed for the home side in the 26th minute due to a VAR intervention for offside, leaving Al Nassr leading 3-1 at half-time.

With the start of the second half, Al Nassr continued their attacking pressure, and Abdulilah Al-Amri succeeded in scoring the fourth goal in the 53rd minute with a header from a corner kick.

Abdulrahman Ghareeb added the fifth goal in the 62nd minute, after receiving a pass from Sadio Mané, who led a quick attack down the right before the ball reached his teammate in front of the goal.

Dustonbek Khandamov succeeded in scoring the second goal for Pakhtakor in the 75th minute, taking advantage of a lack of defensive marking, but Ângelo ended the hosts' hopes with a sixth goal in the 79th minute, assisted by Abdullah Al-Hamdan.

With this victory, Al Nassr has raised its tally to 6 points, temporarily occupying fourth place in the Western Group standings, having a postponed match in hand, while Pakhtakor remains on 2 points in twelfth place.
